This law applies when it involves talking about a persons or a places personal interests and affairs such as their sexual lives, finances, health inquiries, or even if your are filming on their property without expressed permission, this also includes situations where the person or people are being filmed in a public place. The exception tot his rule however is when the information is either already within the public domain and is therefor no longer private anyway or another is if the person has or hasn't had a reasonable expectation of privacy with the information that is being shared publicly.
Defamation:
This law allows companies or individuals to sue if their reputation has been damaged. To defame someone means to publish something related to them or something that is about them, without their consent; thus causing the person to want to sue, providing that the material posted is noticeably aimed at them.

This is the law that allows you to use a section or part of an already existing media footage; song or image in a media production of your own.

When producing a media product, one this to consider is the ethnicity of it. It has to appeal to everyone of both genders, all races, religions, backgrounds etc.
Releases:
These are legal documents signed by actors; directors; film crew etc. to have proof of permission to film and/or be filmed in the production. These documents include Talent Releases; signed by actors, giving the photographer permission to film them. Location Releases; signed by the location owner, giving them permission to film on their property.
Technologies:
In corporate videos a variety of different brands of cameras; sound; light; drones; go pro; and editing software.
An example of a camera they would use would be a Canon 700d an image of which is bellow:
This camera's average price is £399.99. This is really pricey, especially when working on a low budget. Although considered below average and it isn't the newest model, this camera is actually better quality in terms of photography and recording than even some of the newest models in my opinion.
An example of a brand and make of sound recording equipment would be a RĂ˜DE VideoMic PRO Microphone, an image of which is below:
This microphones average price is £133.00. This is still fairly pricey for just the microphone it's self but it is still reasonably affordable. There are more 5 star reviews on this microphone than not and mos o the comments are; 'the sound quality is superb' and that 'it's easy to use'. In my opinion it is good quality in terms of how well and clearly it records the sound you need.

equipment would be Soft Box lights, an image of which is below.
The average price to buy two of these lights off amazon is about £72.99. This is reasonably pricey but still affordable and it's worth your money as you get two lights, plus the stands and a bag to fold/carry them in. They are also really good quality.
An example of a brand/make of a drone would be a Sky Drone Pro, an image of which is below:
The average price to buy one of these is about £69.99. This is a reasonable price for a drone as some can price at high as £1,000+. Although good quality for flying around. There have been many complaints that the battery life is rubbish and the photo quality isn't as good as others.
An example of a GoPro brand/make would be a GoPro hero 5, an image of which is below:
The average price for one of these is about £335. This is very expensive, especially when working on a low budget. However, if you do buy it you sure get your moneys worth. Reviews say that the image quality is spectacular; great microphones; it's waterproof (even without a case); it has a durable design etc.
